To qualify for a refund: 

  • You must request the refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. 

  • The service must not have been fully delivered or completed at the time of request. 

  • You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction (e.g., service not as described, technical failure, or delivery delay beyond normal limits). 

 

2. How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, contact us at support@socialzoid.com 

with the following details: 

  • Full name 

  • Order ID 

  • Payment method used (PayU / Razorpay / Cashfree) 

  • Reason for refund request 

Once received, our support team will verify eligibility and process your refund within 7–10 business days. 

 

3. Refund Method 

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. 

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. 

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: 

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed as described. 

  • Refund requests made after 30 days of the purchase date. 

  • Issues arising due to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) changing algorithms, APIs, or suspending accounts. 

  • Purchases made using discounts, promotional offers, or special deals that are marked as non-refundable. 

  • Situations where a customer violates our Terms & Conditions or Fair Use Policy. 

 

5. Service-Specific Refund Policy 

For ongoing or subscription-based services (like SEO or content management plans), refunds are applicable only for the unused portion of the current billing cycle, and only if cancellation occurs within 30 days of initial purchase. 

 

6. Disputes and Chargebacks 

Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment gateway, please contact our support team. 
We’re happy to investigate and resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Filing chargebacks without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account and future service restrictions.
